As a mentor, you’ll walk alongside learners, guiding them as they navigate their STEM journey. From sharing your expertise in coding, robotics, or design, to offering career advice and encouragement, mentors serve as role models who inspire confidence and curiosity.
Coaches play a hands-on role in helping teams prepare for workshops, projects, and competitions. By providing technical guidance, teamwork support, and problem-solving strategies, you’ll help young learners build skills that go beyond STEM — resilience, creativity, and leadership.
